Lumera Studios is an Australian IT services provider expanding into new markets. They required a robust, modern platform to replace an ageing website and backend systems to support growth and operational efficiency.

Our engagement delivered a complete technical refresh: redesigned frontend, API-first backend, secure authentication, and automated deployment pipelines to reduce operational overhead and accelerate feature delivery.

The existing system had outdated architecture, inconsistent UX, and brittle integrations that caused frequent outages and slow feature delivery. Operational costs were high due to manual deployments and limited cloud optimisation.

We implemented a modular microservice-based backend, migrated core workloads to AWS, and introduced CI/CD pipelines. The architecture improved fault tolerance and simplified future feature rollouts.

We also redesigned the user interface with accessibility and performance in mind, integrated single-sign-on for enterprise users, and implemented monitoring and alerting to ensure production stability.
